2025年西南大学“古典学”微专业招生简章

一、专业简介 Introduction

古典学微专业旨在回应新时代背景下文明交流互鉴的重大需求,顺应跨学科融合与本科教育高质量发展的新趋势,结合全球文明对话与古典文明和现代社会互动的现实需求,培养掌握跨学科知识与数字技术的复合型、应用型、创新型人才。本专业依托哲学、古典文献学、历史学、文学、人类学、考古学及人工智能技术等学科的深度融合,服务于国际文明研究、古典文献数字化和文明交流互鉴的具体需求。

The micro-major program in Classics aims to address the significant demand for intercultural exchanges and mutual learning in the context of contemporary global developments. It aligns with emerging trends in interdisciplinary integration and the pursuit of high-quality undergraduate education. By integrating global civilizational dialogues and interactions between classical civilizations and modern society, the program seeks to cultivate interdisciplinary, digitally proficient talents who are innovative and application-oriented. This program is grounded in the deep integration of multiple disciplines including philosophy, classical philology, history, literature, anthropology, archaeology, and artificial intelligence technology. It serves the specific needs of international civilizational studies, digitization of classical texts, and intercultural exchanges.


二、培养目标 Training Objectives

本专业学生在毕业2至3年左右预期能够承担教育文化机构、国际文明交流组织、高校与科研院所、博物馆及文化遗产保护单位、企业及社会组织等领域的研究、管理与服务工作。培养目标如下:

1)具备马克思主义理论素养、良好的思想政治素质、道德品行和跨文化沟通协调能力。

2)具备深厚人文素养、跨文明比较视野和实际问题解决能力,培养能够坚持文明交流互鉴、传播中华文明与国际文明对话的高素质人才。

3)熟练掌握古典语言及经典文献研究方法,具有跨文化交流与数字人文的前沿理念。

4)能够利用跨学科知识和数字技术解决文明交流传播的现实问题,具备全球化视野与国际竞争能力。

Graduates of this program are expected to engage in research, management, and service roles in educational and cultural institutions, international civilization exchange organizations, universities and research institutes, museums, cultural heritage protection units, enterprises, and social organizations within 2 to 3 years after graduation. The specific objectives are:

1)Possess a solid foundation in Marxist theory, good ideological and political qualities, moral character, and cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.

2)Have deep humanistic literacy, a comparative perspective on civilizations, and practical problem-solving abilities, becoming high-quality talents capable of promoting civilizational exchange and mutual learning, and disseminating Chinese and international civilizations.

3)Be proficient in classical languages and research methods for classical texts, with advanced concepts in cross-cultural communication and digital humanities.

4)Utilize interdisciplinary knowledge and digital technology to address practical issues in civilizational exchange and dissemination, possessing a global vision and international competitiveness.


三、招生对象及条件 Enrollment Targets and Conditions

招生对象:学籍属于西南大学的在读全日制本科生(含留学生),在古典语言学习、经典文献研读、跨文化研究、数字人文、文明比较等领域具备一定基础或有浓厚兴趣者优先。

招生计划:20-50人

Target Students: Full-time undergraduate students including foreign students enrolled at Southwest University, preferably those with a foundation or strong interest in classical language learning, classical text reading, cross-cultural studies, digital humanities, and civilizational comparison.

完成全部课程并达到要求者,由学校统一发放“古典学”微专业学习证明,并支持学校可信电子凭证平台在线查询。

Students who complete all courses and meet the requirements will receive a "Classics " micro-major certificate issued by the university, with verification available through the university's trusted electronic credential platform.


六、收费标准 Tuition Fees

按照重庆市物价局和学校相关规定执行。古典学微专业修读学分为24学分,80元/学分,学费共计1920元。学费一律通过西南大学财务处“学生网上缴费平台”缴费。学生在微专业开课后可试读4学时,经过试读感觉学习确有一定困难,可申请终止修读,学费全部退还;从第5个学时开始,因故终止修读者,其所交学费不予退还。

Tuition fees are charged in accordance with the regulations of the Chongqing Municipal Price Bureau and the university. The micro-major on Classics comprises 24 credits, with a fee of 80 RMB per credit, totaling 1,920 RMB. All tuition payments must be made through Southwest University's Financial Office "Student Online Payment Platform. "Students may audit the first 4 class hours of the micro-major. If, after auditing, they find the coursework challenging, they may apply to withdraw and receive a full refund of the tuition fee. However, if a student withdraws from the 5th class hour onward, the tuition fee paid will not be refunded.

课程简介:

《古希腊语/拉丁语基础》是面向西方古典学初学者开设的入门课程,旨在帮助学生了解古希腊语和拉丁语的基本语法知识,掌握学习古典语言的基本方法。与此同时,以古希腊语/拉丁语学习为线索,鼓励学生了解西方古典文明的历史文化背景。本课程结合线上与线下混合式课程教学,课堂教学与课后练习题相互补充,激发学生探索西方古典文明的兴趣,为深入研究古希腊罗马文学、历史、哲学等领域准备一定的语言基础。

The course “Ancient Greek and Latin” is designed for beginners in Western Classics Studies. It aims to help students understand the basic grammar of Ancient Greek and Latin and master fundamental methods for learning classical languages. Simultaneously, using the study of Ancient Greek and Latin as a thread, it encourages students to explore the historical and cultural background of Western classical civilization. This course combines online and offline hybrid teaching, integrating classroom instruction with after-class exercises to stimulate students’ interest in exploring Western classical civilization and prepare them with a foundational language base for in-depth research in ancient Greek and Roman literature, history, philosophy, and related fields.

2.《古汉语精读》(线上线下混合式课程,开课学期:2025年秋季学期)

课程简介:

本课程以王力《古代汉语》(校订重排本)为讲授教材,分“古汉语通论”和“文选”两部分。“通论”主要分文字、音韵、词汇、语法、文化常识五大核心板块,通过深度学习,使学生基本了解古代汉语基础知识与古代文化基本常识,培养学生具备古籍阅读能力与传统文化素养。“文选”选取传统经、史、子、集中的典型篇目进行逐字研读。结合出土文献,讲授先秦两汉经典文献,如《尚书》《诗经》《春秋左传》《战国策》《论语》《孟子》《老子》《庄子》《韩非子》《楚辞》《史记》《汉书》等文献中的典型篇目。此外,课程还将精读汉及汉以后的古文、诗歌,如汉赋、乐府诗、古诗、唐宋古文、唐宋诗词等。

The course utilizes Wang Li's Ancient Chinese (Revised and Rearranged Edition) as the primary teaching material and is divided into two parts: “General Introduction to Classical Chinese” and “Selected Readings.” The “General Introduction” section mainly comprises five core modules: characters, phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, and cultural knowledge. Through in-depth study, students gain a basic understanding of classical Chinese fundamentals and ancient cultural knowledge, cultivating the ability to read classical texts and an appreciation for traditional culture. The “Selected Readings” section involves detailed, word-by-word study of representative passages from traditional classics in the categories of Confucian classics, historical texts, philosophical works, and literary collections. It incorporates excavated documents to teach classic texts from the pre-Qin to Han periods, such as Shangshu, Shijing, Zuo Zhuan, Strategies of the Warring States, Analects, Mencius, Laozi, Zhuangzi, Han Feizi, Chu Ci, Records of the Grand Historian, and Hanshu. Additionally, the course includes intensive reading of classical prose and poetry from the Han dynasty and later periods, including Han fu, Yue fu poetry, ancient-style poetry, as well as prose and poetry from the Tang and Song dynasties.

课程简介:

课程立足人文社会科学创新发展需求,通过前沿数字技术与人文研究的深度融合,打破学科壁垒,助力研究范式革新,为培养适应时代发展的复合型人才提供支撑。课程内容聚焦两大维度:一是数字技术在人文研究中的核心方法体系,系统讲授数字化文本分析(如语义挖掘、信息提取)与结构化知识库构建(涵盖知识建模、多模态资源整合),帮助学生从海量文献中提炼关键信息并科学管理知识资源;二是数字人文的实践应用与跨学科能力拓展,通过古典文献数字化解析、文化遗产保护技术及跨文明数字比较等专题,结合文化遗产数据库建设、多文明文本分析等案例实践,引导学生掌握技术工具的应用逻辑,同步培养跨学科协作能力与创新思维。

The course is designed to meet the innovative development needs of the humanities and social sciences by deeply integrating cutting-edge digital technologies with humanities research, breaking down disciplinary barriers, and facilitating paradigm shifts in research methodologies. It aims to support the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents adapted to contemporary developments.The curriculum focuses on two main dimensions:1.Core Methodologies of Digital Technology in Humanities Research: This includes systematic instruction in digital text analysis (such as semantic mining and information extraction) and the construction of structured knowledge bases (covering knowledge modeling and multimodal resource integration). These components help students extract key information from vast amounts of literature and manage knowledge resources scientifically.2.Practical Applications of Digital Humanities and Interdisciplinary Skill Development: Through topics like the digital analysis of classical texts, cultural heritage preservation technologies, and cross-civilization digital comparisons, the course combines case studies such as cultural heritage database construction and multi-civilization text analysis. This approach guides students in mastering the application logic of technological tools while simultaneously developing interdisciplinary collaboration skills and innovative thinking.

课程介绍:

一方面,亚里士多德的逻辑著作是古典学的重要组成部分。另一方面,逻辑学可以为古典文献梳理和论证结构分析、古典哲学的推理和阐释、历史事件的因果关系分析提供逻辑原则和方法。课程将依托国家一流本科课程,以逻辑应用为导向,讲解主要包含传统词项逻辑、亚里士多德三段论、命题逻辑与谓词逻辑的基本内容,培养学生的严谨思维、逻辑以及批判性思维能力。

On one hand, Aristotle's logical works are a significant component of Classics. On the other hand, logic provides principles and methods for the organization and analysis of classical texts, the reasoning and interpretation of classical philosophy, and the analysis of causal relationships in historical events. This course is based on a national first-class undergraduate curriculum, oriented towards the application of logic, and covers fundamental content including traditional term logic, Aristotle’s syllogism, propositional logic, and predicate logic. It aims to cultivate students’ rigorous thinking, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.

本课程旨在引导学生深入研读西方文化中的经典著作,领略人类的历史辉煌与智慧遗产。通过开展分析古典哲学、历史、文学、政治与艺术领域的代表作,培养严谨的文本解读能力、批判性思维以及对思想史脉络的理解。课程内容涵盖古希腊哲学和历史的奠基之作如梭伦、柏拉图、希罗多德、亚里士多德、普鲁塔克等经典文本。课程阐明这些作品产生的历史,包括希腊城邦的政治制度、罗马帝国的兴衰、欧洲的宗教改革,以及启蒙运动对欧洲社会的后续影响。通过结合历史背景的讲解,学习将更全面地理解作品中的思想内涵及其对后世的影响,感受古典著作在塑造现代西方文明中的核心作用。

The course aims to guide students in the in-depth reading of classic works within Western culture, appreciating the historical brilliance and intellectual heritage of humanity. Through the analysis of representative works in classical philosophy, history, literature, politics, and art, the course cultivates rigorous textual interpretation skills, critical thinking, and an understanding of the historical context of ideas. Course content includes foundational texts of ancient Greek philosophy and history, such as those by Solon, Plato, Herodotus, Aristotle, and Plutarch. The course elucidates the historical contexts in which these works were produced, including the political systems of Greek city-states, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, the European Reformation, and the subsequent impact of the Enlightenment on European society. By integrating historical background explanations, students will gain a more comprehensive understanding of the ideas within these works and their influence on later generations, experiencing the central role of classical texts in shaping modern Western civilization.

6.《中国古典原典精读》(线上线下混合式课程,开课学期:2026年春季学期)

Intensive Reading on Chinese Classical Texts(Blended Online and Offline Course, Offered in Spring 2026 Semester)

课程介绍:

课程将精读《诗经》和《论语》两部经典。《诗经》是中国最早的一部诗歌总集,收录了西周初年至春秋中叶的305篇诗歌,分为“风”、“雅”、“颂”三部分。《论语》是记录孔子及其弟子言行的一部语录体经典,集中体现了儒家思想的核心观念,如仁、礼、忠、恕等。《诗经》与《论语》在中国古典学中占据重要地位。《诗经》是古代教育的基础教材,其内容兼具文学价值和历史价值。《论语》则是儒家思想的奠基之作,塑造了中国文化的伦理体系和社会秩序理念。两者共同构成了中国传统文化的根基,对后世文学、哲学、政治等领域产生了深远而持久的影响。

The course involves intensive reading of two classical texts: The Book of Songs (Shijing) and The Analects (Lunyu). The Book of Songs is the earliest anthology of Chinese poetry, comprising 305 poems collected from the early Western Zhou to the mid-Spring and Autumn period, divided into three sections: “Airs” (Feng), “Odes” (Ya), and “Hymns” (Song). The Analects is a compilation of sayings and actions of Confucius and his disciples, reflecting core Confucian concepts such as benevolence (ren), propriety (li), loyalty (zhong), and forgiveness (shu).Both texts hold significant positions in Chinese Classics Studies. The Book of Songs served as a foundational educational material in ancient times, valued for its literary and historical significance. The Analects is a foundational work of Confucianism, shaping the ethical framework and social order concepts of Chinese culture. Together, they form the cornerstone of traditional Chinese culture, exerting profound and lasting influence on subsequent literature, philosophy, and politics.

课程介绍:

本课程聚焦中国与希腊两大文明体系,通过经典文本的对照研读,探索中希文明的精神传统、思想路径与文化表达的异同。课程精选两大文明的代表性人物与典籍,如《诗经》与《荷马史诗》、《论语》与《理想国》、孟子与亚里士多德、老庄与伊壁鸠鲁等,围绕“人性论与伦理建构”“政治理想与城邦秩序”“史诗叙事与历史书写”“自然观与形而上学”等主题展开深度对话。通过文本细读与比较分析,揭示儒家“仁礼”与希腊“德性”、道家“自然”与柏拉图“理念”、史家“通变”与西方“求真”等核心概念的差异与共鸣,引导学生理解文明演进的多元逻辑。

The course focuses on the two major civilizations of China and Greece, exploring the similarities and differences in their spiritual traditions, intellectual trajectories, and cultural expressions through comparative reading of classical texts. It selects representative figures and works from both civilizations, such as The Book of Songs and Homer’s Epics, The Analects and The Republic, Mencius and Aristotle, Laozi and Zhuangzi alongside Epicurus, engaging in in-depth dialogues on themes like “theories of human nature and ethical construction,” “political ideals and city-state order,” “epic narratives and historical writing,” and “views of nature and metaphysics.” Through close reading and comparative analysis, the course reveals both the differences and resonances between core concepts such as Confucian “benevolence and propriety” and Greek “virtue,” Daoist “nature” and Platonic “ideas,” as well as Chinese historiographical “continuity and change” and Western “pursuit of truth,” guiding students to understand the diverse logics of civilizational development.

课程介绍:

法哲学是研究法律现象和法律思想,探讨法律存在的根本原理及价值取向的一门科学。《中西古典法哲学》主要讲授中西古典法律思想和法学流派,是一门探讨中西法律思想传统的文化比较和文明互鉴课程。中国古典法哲学聚焦儒家思想的发展与流变,兼顾法家、道家、墨家等学派思想的精华,透视中国古代社会法哲学的精神内涵与发展进路,把握中华法系的哲学底蕴与智识力量。西方古典法哲学聚焦古希腊和古罗马时期法律思想的产生与发展,也涉及西方古典时期法律思想在中世纪和近现代的延续与演变,重点关注自然法观念、规则法观念与活的法观念对西方法律传统的型塑,把握西方法治传统的底层逻辑和现代价值。课程融知识性、学术性和思想性于一体,注重典籍文本及其选段的引入,提高学生的文本阅读和分析能力。

Course Introduction: Legal philosophy is the study of legal phenomena and legal thought, exploring the fundamental principles and value orientations underlying the existence of law.“Classical Legal Philosophy of China and the West” focuses on the legal thought and jurisprudential schools of classical Chinese and Western traditions, serving as a course in cultural comparison and mutual learning between Chinese and Western legal thought traditions. Chinese classical legal philosophy centers on the development and evolution of Confucian thought while also incorporating the essence of Legalist, Daoist, Mohist, and other schools. It examines the spiritual connotations and developmental trajectory of legal philosophy in ancient Chinese society, grasping the philosophical foundation and intellectual strength of the Chinese legal tradition. Western classical legal philosophy focuses on the emergence and development of legal thought in ancient Greece and Rome, while also addressing its continuity and transformation in the medieval and modern periods. It emphasizes the shaping influence of concepts such as natural law, rule-based law, and living law on the Western legal tradition, uncovering the underlying logic and modern value of the Western rule-of-law tradition. This course integrates knowledge, scholarship, and critical thinking, placing emphasis on the introduction of classical texts and selected excerpts to enhance students' textual reading and analytical skills.

八、教学安排  Teaching Arrangement

本微专业采取线上线下混合式教学方式,利用周末及寒暑假授课, 采取课程学习+夏(冬)令营+文博场馆实地研学等形式。将配备班主任和教学秘书负责日常事务,具体开课时间另行通知。

This micro-major program adopts a blended teaching approach, combining online and offline instruction, with classes scheduled on weekends and during winter and summer vacations, which will be carried out in multiple forms with Courses + Summer(Winter) School + On-site Educational Tours in Museums and Cultural Heritage Sites. A class advisor and a teaching secretary will be assigned to manage daily affairs. Specific course start dates will be announced separately.

报名方式:自愿报名。本科学生报名时间内进入西南大学教务系统报名,登录教务系统-“报名申请”-“微专业报名”。
